Ms. Tharā Gabriel serves as the Administrative and Operations Support Officer at the PMU.

She brings over 15 years of experience to the PMU. Her professional career has spanned various sectors giving her a wealth of knowledge in administration, operations and communications. She holds a BSc (Hons.) in International Relations and Communications Studies, an MSc (Dist.) in Global Studies, and a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

As an Administration and Communications Consultant, she continues to work with several multi-sectoral regional organisations. Ms. Gabriel has also provided administrative backstopping, project management and communication services on regional and national public sector projects. She also works alongside the Faculty of Food and Agriculture (FFA) at the UWI, on various regional projects addressing issues related to food security, climate change, and environmental sustainability throughout the Caribbean.

Proudly Hard of Hearing, she wields her experiences as a differently abled person to ensure customer service is as inclusive and accessible as possible, constantly adapting to technological innovations and global best practices within her chosen fields.
